5. Agency has a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number (or is actively working on obtaining UEI number, must have UEI number before any award checks are disbursed)
6. Agency has experienced negative economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic from March 3, 2021 - September 30, 2024 .

You may reapply if you were a subrecipient of a previous ARPA round, however, you must show that the amount previously awarded was not enough to cover the financial hardship experienced, or that you are requesting funding to offset a different negative economic impact incurred by the COVID-19 pandemic during the period of March 3, 2021 - September 30, 2024.
In your Round 5 application, recognize the amount received previously in each of the 4 phases; and then demonstrate how this amount did not cover the negative impact you identify in the Round 5 application.
The United Way of Walworth County (UWWC) is an ARPA Subrecipient through Walworth County. UWWC is administering the disbursement of $200,000 (Round 4 $151,557.71; Round 5 $48,442.29) to local nonprofit (501c3 and 501c19) organizations to mitigate the negative economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. This project is being supported in whole or in part by federal award number FAIN #SLFRP 2146 awarded to Walworth County by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
