United Way of Walworth County (UWWC) is seeking an Executive Director to spearhead UWWC’s mission to “Unite communities, increase and focus resources, and inspire people to improve lives in Walworth County, Wisconsin.”
UWWC serves Walworth County, located in Southeastern Wisconsin, and partners with local organizations “to help meet the health, education and financial stability needs of residents in Walworth County through voluntary and cooperative efforts.”
The leader that we seek will have the following experience . . .
• Not for profit leadership experience is ideal. Start-up experience will be considered.
• Strategic planning, fundraising/resource/partner development and support for maximum impact, organization administration, reporting and compliance.
• Marketing and communication channels, platforms and systems.
• Systems-savvy – accounting, donor management, office systems.
And will exude the following professional and personal characteristics . . . highly organized and motivated self-starter; doer and delegator; team-orientation (we not me); networker and relationship-cultivator; balance of creativity, flexibility and perseverance in meeting objectives and solving problems; wisdom and good judgement; a high energy level and a sense of humor.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and will include benefits.
